Financial Advisory firm G M Wealth Management are riding the wave of success. In 2020, we welcomed Gary and his small team into The Library at The Regent Offices. The fledging financial advisory firm started just before COVID hit. Now, knowing what has passed over the two years, it shows their resilience and flexibility. Not only has G M Wealth sustained their space in the Financial Advisory market, but they have also taken on more staff. As they have thrived and expanded, they outgrew their office space at number 67. Having no further space to offer, Gary and the team moved to a new setting. They must like Regent Street as they've moved just along the row into part of the old Hadlow Edwards building, 63 Regent Street, Wrexham. It was sad to see them leave, but also a pleasure to know that in some small way we played our part in their success. We wish Gary, Simon, and the rest of the team every success in the coming years as they continue to strive to help their clients to thrive. They're a firm to watch, especially with Simon, who cut his teeth in the office with Gary and has become one of the youngest qualified financial planners from the Quilter Financial Advisers School. Here's what G M Wealth had to say about their time at The Regent: " Great offices designed beautifully. I would certainly recommend working from here, with its secure parking and great facilities. I had an office here for 2 years and I was sad to leave. " Their old office has been snapped up. Happy Officing! Joanna x A Slight Smell of Bleach is a Small Price to Pay for Clean Air Everyday. In response to ongoing Global Covid-19 situation, in January 2021 our electricians, Ask Mr. Jones installed a Sterillo Uno Air Sterilizer in the shared kitchen at The Regent Offices and Business Centre. We have been using Sterillo Units in the Lavatories since 2013 when the offices opened, and they have proved one of my best decisions. I homed in on the kitchen area however as this is where historically people tended to congregate. Although it is not a 'fully functioning kitchen', smells from a microwave and bits left in the sink can linger causing nasty whiffs if not immediately cleaned. And with all the best will in the world, surfaces can become unhygienic in the blink of an eye. Especially as there is little air circulation in this room, then something needed to be done. Knowing that the Sterillo Uno is proven to kill germs lingering in the air, as well as deal with odour-control, it was the perfect solution for the environment where nasty bacteria need to be controlled. Using proven room sanitizing technology (UV Light), the Sterillo Uno is a silent killer, it kills germs and harmful bacteria in the air, eradicating nasty smells and malodors in the process without any noise or fuss. Gone are all sorts of germs, causes of mould build-up and bacteria that can be transmitted into the air. The product has been in the Kitchenette for a year now and has proved its worth. Due to the 'UV Light' technology there is a bleach smell in the air, however in my opinion it is a small price clean air! You may be wondering whether the unit really does kill viruses? Does the Sterillo UNO kill viruses? In laboratory tests carried out by PHE (Public Health England)*, the Sterillo removed over 99% of one of the germs tested. Germicidal UVC light (254.7nm) is proven to stop all viruses (including Coronavirus’) replicating and therefore spreading. By destroying the section of DNA responsible for its replication – the virus is no longer able to infect or spread. The Sterillo concept is truly innovative and unique thanks to patented technology and affords you a clean space with germs and bacteria gone. I hope that our experience helps you in your choices going forward beyond Covid19 to reduce nasty niffs and wave goodbye to lingering bacteria and viruses. We're still - Happy Officing! Joanna x Yesterday amidst the frenzy of finally placing orders for some lighting and windows on long lead-times, I received a surprise email from Maja at Black Iris Exhibitions with this attached.
